Delete your FlashDeal account

This page concerns the FlashDeal mobile app, published by Benjamin Pons.

Option 1 — Directly in the app (recommended)

No request needed:

• Open FlashDeal and sign in;
• Go to the Profile tab → Delete my account;
• Confirm. Deletion is immediate and permanent.

Option 2 — Request through this form

If you can no longer access the app, send your request here. It will be processed within 30 days at most. Use the email address linked to your FlashDeal account so we can identify you.

What data is deleted?

Deleting your account erases: your profile (email, username, phone number if provided), your deals and their photos, your reservations and transactions, your favourites, your chat messages, your ratings, your reports, your notification tokens and your stored location.

The following may be kept in a limited way: data strictly necessary for abuse prevention and legal obligations, in anonymised or pseudonymised form, in accordance with the privacy policy (effective deletion within 30 days).
