• Contact: exclusively through the contact form

In accordance with article 6, III, 2° of French law no. 2004-575 of 21 June 2004 (LCEN), the publisher, a natural person acting on a non-professional basis, has provided their identification details to their hosting provider.

The FlashDeal brand, logo, visual identity and all content of the site and app (text, visuals, code) are the exclusive property of the publisher, unless stated otherwise. Any reproduction, representation or exploitation, in whole or in part, without prior written authorisation is forbidden.

Photos and descriptions of deals published in the app remain the property of their authors, who grant FlashDeal a display licence within the service (see terms of use).

Any event, artist, club or competition names mentioned on this site are purely illustrative; they remain the property of their respective owners and imply no partnership.

Personal data

The processing of personal data is detailed in the privacy policy.

Nature of the service

FlashDeal is a platform connecting individuals. The publisher is not a party to any transaction between users and is involved neither in setting prices, nor in payment, nor in handing over goods or tickets.

Reporting

To report unlawful content or abuse, use the contact form or the reporting feature built into the app.

Languages

This site is available in French, English and Spanish. In case of discrepancy between versions, the French version prevails.
